What we do

We are running the SHAPE Recovery programme at the University of Oxford, which aims to support health and social care workers in the UK with symptoms of PTSD and depression. SHAPE is an evidence-based, remote mental health intervention that is tailored for health and social care workers. SHAPE draws on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy and works to reduce symptoms of low mood, avoidance, rumination and re-experiencing symptoms. You can access free SHAPE coaching immediately or in 8-weeks time by signing up to our current study here.
