What we do

We are running SHAPE Recovery, a mental health intervention that supports health and social care workers in the UK who are experiencing PTSD and depression.

SHAPE is an evidence-based mental health intervention that is delivered remotely to support health and social care staff in the UK.

SHAPE was designed during the COVID-19 pandemic at the University of Oxford and is based on 15 years of research to examine what predicts PTSD and depression in frontline workers.

You can sign up for our latest study to receive free SHAPE coaching immediately or after 8 weeks by a trained coach by clicking here
